What it Means to Us...
At Lacy Homes a partnership is an opportunity to develop a relationship with our customers while
building them a home that incorporates their lifestyle, wants and needs coupled with our expertise
and experience to produce a beautiful home that "fits like a glove."
To us, the most important trait we develop with our customer's is an open, honest and productive
communication channel. Being in real estate and receiving feedback from other Realtors, we
know more often than not, misleading or non-communication leads to stress in the building
process for all entities in the partnership. At Lacy Homes we value your input, ideas and feedback
during the process while we strive to keep you abreast of the progress our project.
Building Homes Like Our Own...
We realize that your home is one of your largest investments, therefore we take pride in building
your home just like it was ours! We work with you to build value in your home so if you choose to
move in the future, your home will have features that are desirable for the next homeowners to
enjoy. Craftsmanship, Integrity & Value is what we build in every home.
On The Job Site...
I visit every job site at least once a day. I personally supervise subcontractors and actively
participate in the building of your home! So, I don't sit in the truck and talk on the cell phone all day.
Working with my hand picked contractors on a one-on-one basis and being there at critical
junctures of the construction process is what I truly enjoy.
My contractors, who do work for other builders, have passed compliments to me noting that they
really don't know of any other builder that participates as much as I do in the building process.
Respecting my subcontractors and developing a rapport with them takes the task of just building
another home, whereas when they build a Lacy Home they want to build it. It gives them a great
feeling of accomplishment when it's completed acheiving our goal to earn our customer's
happiness.
After The Sale...
Your home is a living, breathing structure - especially in the first year - It needs to become
"seasoned." Nail pops and small cracks are very common as a result of going through the
extremes of Ohio weather for one season.
Therefore, at Lacy Homes we encourage our customers to do a punch out list after three months
and one year after closing. We work together to compile the list, proposed action, and then work
as swiftly as we can to complete the tasks at hand. We want you to be completely satisfied and
enjoy your home for years to come!
Nope, these guys aren't actors or stock photography - they're from a real job site.
These guys just love the fibers of itchy insulation.
